Is the space accessible?

The space is accessible as there are no stairs; however, there are no railings or posts, and while I have experience with all ability levels I am not trained to assist with lifting and moving. You are welcome to bring a friend/relative or support worker if you need assistance with this!

Can I pay by credid card?

Yes! I accept all 3 major credit cards through a secure third party processor, ie: Stripe and/or Square. 

Can I pay by e-transfer?

Yes! Though I would please ask that you verify your credit card information in order to confirm your appointment and identity.

Yes! My registration is valid for all of Ontario, if your benefits provider is based in Ontario, you can make a claim using my registration # and business receipt.

Is your service insurance deductible?

Why am I being asked to provide a credit card?

There are two reasons for this. Firstly, I am practicing solo and need to at least be confident that you are who you say you are in order to satisfy a minimum standard of personal safety. Secondly, I make my living only when my appointments are filled and must enforce a strict cancellation policy in order to both secure my livelihood and provide the best possible service to my clients. It's not fair to take an appointment slot from someone else who wants/needs it if you can't commit to it!

Why are appointments so limited?

Again, there are two reasons. Mostly, I am the only practitioner at this business and can only manage a certain amount of volume per day/week. Also, I currently work at other locations while I am building my private business and those days are unavailable as a result. This is a circumstance that I hope will soon change!

Can I make an appointment outside of scheduled hours?

Sometimes. Depending on circumstances I can occasionally fit in appointments outside of usual hours. All you need to do is get in touch with me personally and I will do my best to accommodate you. 

I left you a message and I haven't heard back!

While I make every effort to communicate clearly and promptly, there are times when I am away from my phone and email and there is no staff to respond to messages. If I will be away for any reason other than being in an appointment, I will communicate going offline in my blog section. You can usually expect a reply from me within 2 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations may be made without penalty provided that you cancel with at least 24 hours notice. If your appointment was scheduled within 24 hours of your appointment you will have a 10 minute grace period to change your mind. Within 24 hours and before 2 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the service fee, 100% thereafter.

Why am I being asked to fill out a form?

After booking your appointment you will be asked to fill out a health history form. This form must be filled out prior to the beginning of your appointment and this option makes the process faster and simpler, leaving us more time during your appointment for assessment and treatment!
